Head Coach Terrell Burgess and the u14 Flag team got the Tamworth Phoenix season underway in Nuneaton on the first Saturday of April. A young and largely inexperienced team took part in a seven-team tournament and impressed with some fantastic performances. With three wins and three losses they managed to secure a third place finish.
Returning QB Theo Stone showed excellent leadership for the team on both sides of the ball as rookies Saoirse McMahon & Toby Douglas scored their first ever touchdowns. Toby would lead the team with four touchdowns on the day.
